A valid Medical Fitness Certificate must be issued, signed, and stamped by a Registered Medical Practitioner (RMP). This usually means a doctor with at least an MBBS degree possessing a valid state or national medical council registration number.
It must clearly contain the doctor's name, registration number, and hospital/clinic stamp. It should state the applicant's name, age, gender, and declare that the applicant is in good physical and mental health and free from any communicable diseases.
