(Note: CBSE merged Marksheet and Passing Certificate into a single document from 2019 onwards). 3) Migration Certificate: Issued by the board permitting the student to join a college or another university/board in another state.
For CBSE: Apply online on the CBSE DADS portal (cbseit.in/cbse/web/dads/home.aspx), choose 'Print Document', enter exam credentials, and pay the fee. For State Boards: Submit an application form along with a copy of the police lost report (FIR/NCR) at the board's divisional/regional office or state portal (e.g., UPMSP, MSBSHSE).
